RCPCC has been a part of the Registered Child Care Apprenticeship Program since the pilot phase began in December 1999. Apprentice Helen Delong signed on to the Program when it first began and Tabatha Hebert joined her in 2000. Both received their Certificate of Completion in 2003.

Tabatha writes, of her relationship with her former on site supervisor, Heather Brown, “Heather noticed I am a visual learner, so she writes things out, for reminders with telling me verbally. I feel in doing this, Heather is going above and beyond what is required of her as a supervisor.”
