The Early Learning Center was established in 1995 and is a nationally accredited, non-profit early education initiative. The center’s goal is to work closely with families to ensure a consistent and nurturing environment. The educational curriculum is based on each child’s individual developmental needs.

Preschool Program
An early literacy program combined with an emergent play-based curriculum prepares 3, 4 and 5 years olds for entering kindergarten. A variety of creative art projects, science and nature explorations and positive social interactions encourage children’s initiative to learn.

Infant and Toddler Care
GLEC staff creates a safe, caring environment for babies and young children. Hands-on activities, outdoor walks and interactive play all help to stimulate and teach. Thoughtful kindness helps to comfort and nurture.

Staff members are professionally trained and work in teams.
