Catamount Children’s Center is located at 18 Industrial Drive in Milton, serves children ages 6 months to 12 years and is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 6 pm. Catamount joined the family of Registered Apprenticeship in June 2006.

The Parent Handbook for Catamount Children’s Center states “the physical environment must support imagination and boost self esteem by providing developmentally appropriate materials and being child directed, it should promote sharing, enhance listening skills and encourage responsibility. We believe children learn by watching, experimenting with different types of materials and through books, play and other children. Play is interacting with children, teachers and materials. Play is seeing role models and copying. Play is the work of children. Above all, every child deserves respect and a voice.”
